Among other things, he gained his extraordinary knowledge in management and Software/Consulting sales at leading international companies such as Compuware, IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise etc.
Serif applied proven track record of aggressive growth & out performance in verticals like Finance, Automotive & Manufacturing, Life Science & Public.
He is successful in all different company clusters - Beginning from start up companies to mid size companies, up to environments which have huge matrix and global organization requirements. Setting up of new Sales Teams and GoToMarket models are the preferred organization types of him.
Currently he has the responsibility as a Solution Sales Lead to on set up the Sales & GTM initiatives at the Data Intelligence Hub (DIH) team of T-Systems/ Deutsche Telekom AG. This one in the area of Europen Data Space solutions, who based on Open Source technology frameworks like GAIA-X and International Data Space (IDSA).
He has strong capabilities within General Management, Software Solutions, Sales Methodology (SPIN, ERIC, MILLER/HEIMAN) and setting up of new sales/marketing related transformations and campaigns.
