Die Stückliste (Bill of Materials, BOM) ist eine Liste der Teile und Materialien, die zur Herstellung eines Produkts benötigt werden, und ohne sie wäre die Fertigung unmöglich. Die BOM ist jedoch nur ein Teil der Produktgleichung. Sie gibt an, was hergestellt werden soll, aber nicht, wie es hergestellt werden soll, und überlässt den Rest der BOP.
