About the Author

Ralf is a product manager within DIH team responsible for the development and implementation of the DIH product portfolio. He has been positioning DIH as an integral player for building sovereign data spaces, which represent an essential foundation for the success of trustworthy and flourishing digital ecosystems. Furthermore he is responsible for the commercial planning and implementation of the DIH product portfolio. 

Due to challenging and international tasks in various positions in product and innovation management, he is very experienced in the development and implementation of new products and solutions. 

Because of his long work experience in the IT and Data Driven Economy he has gained and proven the following skills and competencies: 

  • Deep understanding of digital technologies and data-driven business models 
  • Experienced in the planning and control of products and Business areas based on financial KPIs 
  • Good expertise in identification, development and implementation strategies for digital products and business ideas 
  • Experienced in contract negotiation and drafting with partners, customers and suppliers 
  • High competence in business model considerations, financial Key figures and the creation of management templates 
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic evaluation and development of future markets
