B2A - (Business-to-Administration) is a form of business relationship. Companies typically maintain business relationships with individual customers, employees, and other businesses. Additionally, they can also establish business connections with governmental authorities. In this context, transactions and information exchange occur between the company and public institutions. B2A represents such a relationship between an administration or government agency and a company.
