These operations encompass a wide range of business processes, such as purchasing and selling goods and services, customer service, payment processing, supply chain management, collaboration with business partners, information sharing, automated employee services, and recruitment of new employees. E-business encompasses both customer-facing activities, internal operations, and management-focused tasks, all of which are conducted electronically.
