Die Quality of Service (QoS)-Klasse ist ein Klassifizierungssystem, das von Kubernetes verwendet wird, um Pods innerhalb des Clusters in verschiedene Klassen einzuteilen und Richtlinien für die Planung und Räumung festzulegen. Bei der Erstellung eines Pods wird seine QoS-Klasse auf der Grundlage der angeforderten Rechenressourcen und der festgelegten Grenzen festgelegt. Diese Klassen werden dann verwendet, um Entscheidungen über die Einplanung und Ausweisung zu treffen. Kubernetes verfügt über drei QoS-Klassen, die einem Pod zugewiesen werden können: Garantiert, Burstable oder BestEffort.
