About the Author

Meet Lena Matsela, an enthusiastic Product Manager and Requirements Engineer with a diverse skill set that spans project and product management, finance, economics, and sales. With a keen focus on creating data-driven solutions, she has translated business requirements into actionable product specifications, driving economic value for the Data Intelligence Hub. Her expertise extends beyond traditional product management realms, encompassing a deep understanding of relevant data ecosystem technologies, like decentralized identity solutions (SSI), as well as Gaia-X and IDSA specifications.

She is effectively managing the Digital.ID product at the Data Intelligence Hub of T-Systems International GmbH. Additionally, she spearheaded research projects, like Gaia-X 4 KI and Gaia-X 4 AMS. Prior to her work in the Data Intelligence Hub she worked in the Business Management and Financial Controlling department of the ISP Solutions and the Specialized Sales department of Deutsche Telekom. She finished her B.Sc. in Economics at the University of Cologne and her B.Sc. in Business Information Systems at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
