About the Author
Tushar is the Product Manager & Marketing Lead within the Telekom Data Intelligence Hub in Bonn, Germany. He is responsible for leading the product management activities to identify, develop and deliver sovereignty driven B2B data products to setup data driven value chains with a special focus on end-to-end easy and efficient customer experience. To unify the product experience with the global presence, Tushar is leading the marketing efforts to establish T-Systems as a clear leader for dataspaces and B2B and B2B2C SaaS data products.
Prior to joining T-Systems and DIH, Tushar was part of Deutsche Telekom AG and was working in the high potential Start up! Trainee program. During his time at Deutsche Telekom, he was involved in implementing cross-cultural international global transformation project to improve product development efficiency. Further assignments included coordinating & executing several international, cross-functional strategic projects at C-level in areas of Data Analytics (adoption strategy), XR & AR, AI (automated customer service), digital payments etc. with international teams from India, Russia, Spain, Hungary and others.
Before venturing into the Magenta world, he was working as a Technical Sales Specialist for IoT/Analytics Presales for Parametric Technology GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany where he was working with the enterprise customers to drive their digital transformation journey with digital twins and IIoT ecosystems. Prior to PTC, Tushar was a market advisor and consultant at Frenus GmbH, Stuttgart where he was responsible for lead and delivering multiple strategic projects in an international environment and team in Germany and Bulgaria with a special focus on digitalization, IIoT, big data & cloud technologies, as well as due diligence, competitor analysis, and strategy consulting.
Tushar is certified in agile methodologies with PSM I, PSPO I, PAL I and SAFe for Teams (SP), SAFe POPM. Furthermore, he is certified in cloud technologies with Google Cloud and AWS. He has a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Stuttgart, Germany where his master thesis was on event processing and analytics in the IIoT ecosystems. Personally, Tushar has a special interest in innovation management, data economy, dataspaces, digital product design and more specifically in end-to-end customer experience journeys in complex digital ecosystems.
