Our sessions
Dec. 18, 11:50-12:00: Automotive trusted data space pilot China – proving value for the global automotive value chain
Around 50 leading Chinese automotive companies are invited to join the Automotive Trusted Data Space Pilot in China. The pilot starts with the Certificate Management use case and enables participating companies to expand towards the Blocking Notification use case and selected quality data–sharing scenarios. In this session, experts from T-Systems and BASF will share insights from international data space initiatives and demonstrate how a trusted automotive data space can create tangible value, increase supply-chain transparency, and prepare for future global connectivity of the automotive value chain.
Speakers: Leon Wong (Business & Market Development, BASF Greater), Sven Löffler (Director, Dataspaces & Data Products, T-Systems International)
Dec. 18, 14:40-14:50: Secure, multiregional electronic control unit (ECU) data exchange across the automotive value chain
This session shows how a multiregional Electronic Control Units (ECUs) data exchange in Catena-X serves as a reusable blueprint for cross-company collaboration. Based on the experience of early adopters like Flex and BMW Group, we demonstrate how standardized, sovereign data spaces enable secure ECU data sharing across APAC, EMEA, and North America—ensuring trust, integrity, and traceability at scale. T-Systems will highlight how companies of all sizes can easily onboard to Catena-X and turn ECU data into a key multiplier for faster validation, greater transparency, and future use cases such as end-to-end traceability, sustainability reporting, and quality management.
Speakers: Shanawaz Sheik (Director, Automotive Sustainability, Flex), Sven Löffler (Director, Dataspaces & Data Products, T-Systems International)
