About the Author

Since December 2022, Robin has been serving as a Product Manager in the Data Intelligence Hub team at T-Systems International GmbH. In this role, he manages various responsibilities such as Go-to-Market activities, product strategy, business development, customer documentation, and other support topics. Robin is also heavily involved in data products and is working closely with Motion Data to introduce movement data products and services in the market.

Robin previously interned with the Data Intelligence Hub team for over 7 months from January 2022, where he contributed to initiatives such as business case and offering development for DIH 2.0. During his tenure, he worked on various marketing materials, such as flyers and product descriptions, and collaborated with multiple stakeholders to structure comprehensive business cases.

Before joining T-Systems in 2022, Robin worked for over 3.5 years in the telecommunications industry in India with Bharti Airtel. As a network performance manager, he monitored the core network performance across the country and developed strategies to improve it regularly. Robin coordinated with 18 circle teams across the entire network in India and maintained best practices for network enhancement. He made a significant impact on the network performance, achieving the best Core network KPIs in the past 10 years and reducing customer complaints massively. Robin also played a crucial role in launching milestone projects like Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) for PAN India, with decent customer acquisition and retention rates.

Robin holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from EBS Universität in Oestrich-Winkel, which he earned in December 2022, specializing in General Management. He has always had a keen interest in Product Management topics and has pursued multiple certifications on LinkedIn and Coursera. He also holds a diploma from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research in foundation MBA course, where he was the top-ranked candidate. Robin completed his Bachelor's in Technology in Electronics and Communications from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India, in April 2017.

With his extensive academic background and interest in Product Management, Robin aspires to further his career in product development and introduce more data products and services in the European and global markets.
